You get warm, pre-qualified leads every day and know exactly what to do with them. And when the pipeline dries out, you don't wait around: you go on the hunt for deals. WHAT TO EXPECT - Inbound demos: 8–16 qualified demo calls per day - Quota ownership: clear monthly and quarterly targets - Pipeline management: structured follow-ups and clean CRM hygiene - Help sharpen our sales motion as we scale fast WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 1+ years of sales experience in transactional or B2B SaaS sales - Proven closing track record along a structured funnel - High discipline, strong ownership, and a genuine hunger to earn - Natural communicator and storyteller - Native or C2 Portuguese; strong English.
