Account Manager - Germany (Based in Stockholm)

Do you want to work internationally while growing the German market from Stockholm?</span></p><p><span>Developers Shore is expanding into Germany and is looking for a native German speaker to join our team as an Account Manager.</span></p><h4>The Role</h4><p><span>As an Account Manager at Developers Shore, you will play a central role in expanding our presence in Germany. You will combine new business development with long-term account growth, building a strong and sustainable client portfolio in the German market.</span></p><p><span>From our Stockholm office, you will work with technology-driven companies where software development is business-critical. Through a consultative approach, you will identify new opportunities, understand clients’ technical roadmaps, and position our nearshore development teams as a reliable and long-term partner.</span></p><p><span>This role offers the opportunity to lead our expansion into Germany while developing meaningful client relationships over time. You will collaborate closely with our delivery and marketing teams to ensure high-quality execution and continued growth.</span></p><h4>Your Responsibilities</h4><ul><li><p><span>Identify and approach new potential clients within the German market.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and manage a structured sales pipeline.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to agreement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and grow existing accounts through long-term collaboration.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build strong relationships with CTOs, tech leaders, and decision-makers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understand clients’ technical roadmaps and development needs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate closely with delivery and marketing teams to ensure high-quality execution.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to sustainable revenue growth in the German market.</span></p></li></ul><h4>About You</h4><p><span>We believe you bring:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience in B2B service sales, ideally within IT consulting, tech services, staffing, or recruitment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A proactive mindset combined with a relationship-oriented approach.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Confidence in managing both new business and ongoing account development.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with technical stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A structured and goal-focused way of working.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding customer challenges.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A collaborative, professional attitude.</span></p></li><li><p>You are motivated by building something long-term, both in terms of customer relationships and market presence.</p></li></ul><h4>Language Requirements</h4><ul><li><p><span>Applicants must have native-level proficiency in </span>German</p></li><li><p><span>Applicants must be fluent in</span> English</p></li><li><p>Swedish is a plus, but not required</p></li></ul><h4>About Developers Shore</h4><p><span>Developers Shore is a development partner for Nordic companies and runs one of Europe’s leading communities for remote developers.
