Our diverse team of more than 3200 passionate professionals is what makes us the industry’s tech wonder and the best in the world at what we do.</p><p>Major offices in Sweden (HQ), Greece, India, Canada, Israel, Poland, UK, and Uruguay.</p><hr><p><strong>Location: Mumbai</strong></p><p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities:</strong><br></p><ul><li><p>Handle Refunds Queues (GDS, LCC, BSP link)</p></li><li><p>Manage non show tickets</p></li><li><p>Manage ADMs/ACMs</p></li><li><p>Manage billing issues (Extra refunds, Ret errors)</p></li><li><p>Manage BSP Refund applications rejected</p></li><li><p>Contact Airlines & Providers for different issues.</p></li><li><p>Analyze and propose solutions for task optimizations & automations</p></li><li><p>24*7 shift</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><p>At least one year experience as a Travel Agent</p></li><li><p>Excellent GDS knowledge in Amadeus and Sabre (Galileo knowledge will be considered as a benefit)</p></li><li><p>Documented experience in reading and interpreting airline fare rules.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of processing GDS and BSP refunds is a must.</p></li><li><p>Experience in working with KPIs and deadlines</p></li><li><p>Experience in analyzing data and producing reports</p></li><li><p>Troubleshooting skills & analytical problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Seeking best practice implementation and driving ideas</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</p></li><li><p>Self-driven, proactive and results oriented</p></li><li><p>Good attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills</p></li><li><p>Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)</p></li></ul><p></p><h5></h5><hr><h5>Diversity disclaimer</h5><p><em>At Etraveli Group we value diversity; we pride ourselves on being a company represented by people of all different backgrounds.</em> <em>During hiring, we are committed to ensure equality and promote diversity in the workplace at every selection stage.
