TIG Welder & Metal Fabrication Technician Location: Hanover, PA Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Starting Pay: From $24.00/hour (higher starting pay based on experience) Schedule 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-3:00 PM Overtime expected, including occasional Saturdays Position Overview We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder & Metal Fabrication Technician to fabricate and assemble aluminum, stainless steel, and other metal components used in handrails and custom metal products. This role requires strong TIG welding skills, blueprint reading, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fabrication environment while maintaining high standards for safety and quality.
