Metal Fabrication Technician – Railings & Custom Steel Location: Richmond, VA Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Starting Pay: From $22.00/hour (higher starting pay based on experience) Schedule First Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-3:00 PM Occasional Saturday overtime based on production needs Position Overview We are looking for a skilled Metal Fabrication Technician to build and assemble custom steel products in a fast-paced fabrication shop. This position focuses on producing rail systems, stair assemblies, ladders, and other miscellaneous metal components while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate is comfortable reading fabrication drawings, working with production equipment, and adapting to changing priorities in a manufacturing environment.
