Automation Engineer

Till vår kund söker vi nu en Automation Engineer Description: We are looking for an Experienced Automation Engineer to support us on the journey into the new Robotics Campus Sweden. Right now we are entering FAT phases and will then move into a period of SAT and commisioning of automated assembly lines and automated warehouse in the Campus. Responsibility -Daily support of the production Manage and set the Automation strategy for the factory. Work with production support and take lead for Automation activities. Participate in cross functional problem-solving team to solve issues with automation in production. Priorities tasks together with your customer Participate in projects to support with automation engineering. Be able to specify changes in existing automated equipment and/or smaller new automation equipment so that an external partner can implement and deliver the correct solution to ABB. Participate and support concept studies where Automation is included. Take lead on how to document and establish standards. Be able to identify bigger potentials within the business. Outcome is a proposal for actions. -Handle the value flow for your responsible area. Monitor line disturbances and secure that proper Roth cause analysis is done if automation is included. -Health & safety and efficiency Be technical project manager for NPD and other larger projects. Coach other within and outside of your department. Secure seamless transit to other production and/or logistic areas Initiate and break down/plan bigger investments and projects both form a cost and delivery perspective. Plan and carry out educations and workshops within the production and logistics. -Leading and coaching Lead smaller groups 2-6 people. Educate other people to increase automation competence. Competence Requriements At least 8 years of experience within automation engineering Good communication and cooperation skills. Be able to lead yourself and a team. Good knowledge within how automation and assembly system is designed and regulations requirements.
