In this role, you will help shape how data is used across the organization by building reliable, high-performing analytics solutions and enabling better, faster decision-making.</p><p>You will work at the intersection of data engineering and business analysis—developing BI applications, improving data models, and collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business. This is a hands-on role where you will also support and mentor junior team members while contributing to technical improvements across our BI landscape.</p><h5>What you will do</h5><ul><li><p>Build BI solutions: Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and applications using Qlik Sense and Looker to support business decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Design data models & ETL flows: Create efficient, scalable data models and ETL processes that ensure reliable and well-structured data.</p></li><li><p>Work with SQL: Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to transform and extract data from multiple sources.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with stakeholders: Translate business questions into clear data requirements and meaningful KPIs.</p></li><li><p>Improve performance & reliability: Monitor and optimize data loads, refresh processes, and overall system performance.</p></li><li><p>Support modern tooling: Use AI-assisted tools to improve development speed, query optimization, and documentation.</p></li><li><p>Work with version control: Manage and maintain codebases using Git, following best practices.</p></li><li><p>Mentor others: Support and guide junior BI developers, sharing knowledge and best practices.</p></li><li><p>Take ownership: Contribute to improving BI processes, tools, and ways of working across the team.</p></li></ul><h4>Requirements</h4><h5>Technical skills & experience</h5><ul><li><p>Around 4 years of experience in BI development, data modeling, or analytics engineering</p></li><li><p>Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense or Looker</p></li><li><p>Expert-level SQL skills, including query optimization and complex transformations</p></li><li><p>Experience or exposure to data transformation tools such as dbt and/or platforms like Dremio is a plus</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Git and version control workflows</p></li><li><p>Experience using AI tools to improve development efficiency is highly valued</p></li><li><p>Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar)</p></li></ul><h5>Soft skills</h5><ul><li><p>Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)</p></li><li><p>Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to problem solving</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>Curiosity and willingness to understand complex and evolving data environments</p></li><li><p>Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude toward learning and improvement</p></li></ul><h4>Benefits</h4><p>We are looking for people who would make the world small
