Your expertise in Bid Management will position you as the central point for creating winning quotes, cost breakdowns, and ensuring our prestigious customers, from individuals to global government agencies to receive best-in-class service.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>This role blends active inside sales efforts, where you’ll nurture customer relationships, with bid coordination responsibilities, ensuring our documentation and responses meet customer needs with precision and punctuality.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span><br><span><strong><br></strong>Bid Management</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>· Own and drive bid responses from start to finish</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Create comprehensive quotes, pricing models, and documentation</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Translate customer needs into tailored, competitive proposals</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span>· Convert opportunities into successful, long-term partnerships</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Cross-Functional Collaboration</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>· Work closely with internal experts, sales teams, and external stakeholders</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span>· Coordinate bids, contracts, and continuous process improvements</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Sales Strategy & Development</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>· Develop tools, templates, and ways of working to increase efficiency</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span>· Contribute to the evolution of sales processes and best practices</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Technical Analysis</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>· Interpret complex technical requirements</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span>· Propose suitable solutions for military, police, and government sectors</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Customer Engagement</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>· Participate in customer meetings early in the sales cycle</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Build trust and understand business needs at a deeper level</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· Travel expected: 20–30 days per year</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Must-Have Experience<br><br></strong>· Experience in <strong>inside sales, bid/tender coordination</strong>, or similar</span></p><p><span>· Ability to interpret <strong>technical, financial, and legal requirements</strong></span></p><p><span>· Experience working with <strong>military, police, or government clients</strong></span></p><p><span>· Strong communication skills: <strong>analytical, persuasive, and collabor
