We are looking for a Business Analyst for one of our Clients in the Pharmaceutical industry Job Description This role requires multiple highly interactive workshops in Denmark, that will probably be in-person only. As well as development of plans and presentations in close collaboration with a team that is fully in person in Denmark. This work pertains to the business analysis for work package “In vivo 2.0”, an initiative to improve efficiency, system simplicity, and data quality within in vivo pharmacology work. This work involves stakeholders across multiple research units such as laboratory animal facilities, pharmacologists, formulation scientists. Business Analysis and Business Case: Conduct thorough analysis and mapping of scientific processes, data workflows, and user interactions to identify opportunities for process optimization and digital solution improvement. Prepare business case incl qualitative and quantitative Return on Investment (ROI). Documentation and Knowledge Management: Lead the gathering, organization, and documentation of scientific data requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices in the pharmaceutical industry. Document in software solution decided by project lead. Implementation Planning: Prepare plans for how to reach the “to be” state through technical, organizational (eg future staffing needs) and change management activities. Engage with key stakeholders: Collaborate with the project team and lab users to identify, analyze, and document scientific requirements for digital solutions, including information management systems, data analysis tools, and scientific software applications. Act as a liaison between scientific stakeholders and the IT development team, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technical specifications and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, plan, and execute digital solution projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration with existing scientific systems. Skill/Experience/Education Required Skills & Education Level Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, bioinformatics, pharma-cology) or a related field. Proven experience in business analysis within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a strong understanding of scientific processes, data management, and laboratory operations, using modern standards (eg BPMN) and software. Familiarity with scientific digital solutions such as LIMS, electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN), data analy-sis and visualization tools, and scientific software applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with scientific stakeholders, IT professionals, and cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to trans-late complex scientific requirements into actionable digital solutions Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to scientific data management and digital solutions within the pharmaceutical industry Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive suc-cessful project outcomes. Start Date: 17.08.2026 End Date: 18.12.2026 Location: Copenhagen, Denmark Allocation is 37 hrs per week For the duration of this assignment Ework Services (0,9%) will be deducted from the total amount invoiced.
