YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you play a key part in driving the effectiveness and development of the function by supporting core processes, strengthening ways of working, and contributing to the successful delivery of functional priorities. You support the team through structured follow‑up, insights, and active involvement in projects, while building your own expertise and ownership within the function. Your main responsibilities will include: Support and continuously improve core functional processes, ensuring they run smoothly and contribute to overall strategic goals. Contribute to the development and maintenance of effective ways of working, enabling clarity, consistency, and strong collaboration within the team. Partner with the Functional Manager on a range of projects, supporting progress through follow‑up, insights, and structured contributions. Track and monitor the progress of key projects against defined KPIs, providing visibility on milestones, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Take ownership of selected function‑critical tasks, building expertise and becoming a go‑to person within specific areas to support overall delivery. WHO YOU ARE You are a structured and proactive professional with a strong interest in process development, organisational effectiveness, and continuous improvement. You enjoy supporting teams, working with data and follow‑up, and contributing to meaningful projects that drive business results. You have: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within process development, operations, project support, or similar areas. A university degree or equivalent relevant professional experience. Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Experience working with data, tracking progress, and providing insights to support decision‑making. A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
