Do you bring the expertise to engage stakeholders, shape behaviour, and embed new ways of working at scale?</em></strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">This is an opportunity to lead the change agenda for a high-profile Finance Transformation programme, supporting the rollout of a new ERP system alongside a Target Operating Model redesign. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the transformation is not just delivered, but successfully adopted, bringing people, processes, and systems together to create lasting impact.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Why this role stands out</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Lead end-to-end change for a complex, multi-workstream transformation programme</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Operate at the centre of a strategically important initiative with exposure to senior stakeholders</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Shape how communication, engagement, and training are delivered across the organisation</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Influence how new ways of working are embedded across finance and beyond</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>What you’ll bring to The Crown Estate</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Experience leading change management across ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle or similar)</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Knowledge of Target Operating Model design and large-scale transformation programmes</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing at all levels</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Experience assessing change impacts across systems, processes, and roles</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Track record of designing and delivering training and capability-building initiatives</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Familiarity with recognised change frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR or similar)</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Understanding of finance processes and how transformation affects day-to-day operations</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Develop and deliver a comprehensive change strategy aligned to programme objectives</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Identify and manage change impacts, ensuring mitigation plans support smooth adoption</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Design and deliver clear, engaging communications that bring the transformation to life</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Create consistent messaging around programme vision, benefits, and progress</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Lead the training approach, including role-based learning, e-learning, and user guidance</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Partner with functional leads to ensure teams are equipped for new systems and processes</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Act as a central point of contact for change activity, building strong stakeholder relationships</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and engagement forums to drive understanding and buy-in</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Track and report on readiness, adoption, and training metrics to support decision-making</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>How you’ll make an impact</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">You’ll ensure this transformation lands successfully, not only delivering change, but embedding it.
