Our kitchen operates on fresh preparation, clear structure, and à la minute execution – combining professional kitchen standards with a refined, restaurant-inspired approach rather than traditional bulk catering. What is your Day to Day Mission in our canteen: Supporting the daily à la minute cook-to-order service in our modern corporate catering operation Working on your assigned station responsibility (e.g. hot kitchen, cold kitchen, or production area) Preparing mise en place and producing fresh, high-quality dishes for daily lunch service with changing daily offers Working in a structured, clean, and efficient way according to clearly defined kitchen processes Ensuring full compliance with hygiene and HACCP standards at all times Actively supporting smooth daily service operations during lunch service Ensuring consistently high food quality Supporting an attractive and varied daily changing menu for our employees
