In this role, you are responsible </p><p>for ensuring accurate accounting and reporting while driving improvements in </p><p>processes and routines. You will work closely with the business and manage </p><p>reporting to the head office.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Oversee day-to-day accounting, monthly and annual closing</p><p>• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations</p><p>• Prepare annual reports and tax filings</p><p>• Manage VAT and tax-related matters</p><p>• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities</p><p>• Develop and streamline accounting processes</p><p>• Act as the primary contact for auditors and authorities</p><p>• Manage accounts receivable</p><p>• Manage accounts payable</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>• Fluent in English.</p><p>• Relevant academic degree in finance/accounting </p><p>• Several years of experience in qualified accounting work </p><p>• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory frameworks </p><p>• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel </p><p>• Experience in international operations and working within a large corporate </p><p>group is an advantage</p><p></p><p><strong>Important competence/experience</strong></p><p>• Detail-oriented, structured, and accountable </p><p>• Independent with strong analytical skills </p><p>• Solution-oriented mindset </p><p>• Communicative and collaborative</p><p></p><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>The primary requirement is to fill a position at their Ljungaverk facility. A </p><p>hybrid work arrangement is acceptable, with an expected 50/50 split between onsite presence and remote work.</p>
