To strengthen our position as a leading European payment platform, we’re looking for a Commercial Operations Associate to join our team. About the role As Commercial Operations Associate, you are the analytical engine of our Enterprise sales organization, working in close partnership with our commercial leadership to accelerate our most strategic deals. You will step into the heart of the action, empowering our team with the research, materials, and data-driven insights needed to close multi-million SEK deals. In this high-impact partnership, you will shape our most complex business cases by analyzing industry trends, building pricing models, and crafting presentations that offer clients a new, fact-based perspective on their business. By transforming market data into clear, actionable strategies, you will be key in evolving Billogram’s enterprise performance into a structured, scalable, and world-class sales engine. Primary responsibilities Commercial Research: Conduct deep-dives into target accounts, priority verticals, and the regulatory landscape. You will be responsible for structuring our market data to give our team a competitive edge. Deal Support & Materials: Create high-quality, professional slides and decision-making materials that sharpen our value proposition for enterprise clients. Strategic Analysis: Compile and translate complex commercial data into clear insights, helping guide our strategic decisions. Commercial Modeling: Develop and maintain the pricing models and tools that our Account Executives need to drive deals forward. Efficiency & Automation: Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline our commercial processes, ensuring our sales engine operates with maximum efficiency. Salesforce & Insights: Use Salesforce to monitor commercial trends and performance, ensuring our sales engine is data-driven and transparent. Knowledge Sharing & Facilitation: Participate in key client meetings to capture insights firsthand, then package and distribute that intelligence to strengthen the entire commercial organization. You are analytical and structured, with a natural ability to find logic in fast-paced environments without losing sight of the bigger picture. You have a sharp eye for what truly drives a business and are motivated by creating real, fact-based value for customers. You have a genuine hands-on mindset and take pride in the craftsmanship of building world-class sales materials and commercial models. You are a doer who enjoys being close to the deals and takes full ownership of the operational work required to drive results. Finally, you are a confident communicator who excels at packaging advanced information into an easy, down-to-earth format. What will help you succeed Background: 1-3 years of experience from management consulting or a similar analytical role within SaaS/Fintech. You have a proven track record of analyzing market trends, developing pricing models, and contributing to go-to-market research.
