About the Assignment You will be part of Software Factory & Enablers (SWF&E), driving seamless software and data flows across Engineering through unified tools, workflows, and modern ways of working. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening and evolving Configuration Management practices, ensuring efficient software traceability, change management, and automation across the organization. What You Will Do Lead and improve Configuration Management practices across the organization Drive software traceability, branching strategies, and change management processes Support and enable automation within the Configuration Management domain, including CI/CD and AI-driven solutions Collaborate with engineering teams and support Configuration Management-related topics Translate business needs into structured and scalable solutions Required Competence Experience within Configuration Management Experience with software traceability in large-scale environments Experience with version control systems, particularly Git (Gerrit is preferred) Experience with Change Management processes Ability to translate business needs into system and process requirements Experience with automation Understanding of requirements management and documentation practices Experience working with branching strategies Strong quality mindset Meritorious Competence Experience from complex engineering environments, preferably within the automotive industry Knowledge of tools such as KDP, CarWeaver, ConfigHub, Teamcenter, and Artifactory Understanding of product structures and configuration Experience with Change Order Management Knowledge of Product Configuration Understanding of how tools and process changes impact engineering teams Other Information Onsite work is required five days per week in Lund Initial contract duration: 1 year Possibility of extension What We Offer Exciting assignments with leading companies and innovative technologies Opportunities to work in dynamic and highly skilled engineering environments Competitive compensation and benefits package Continuous learning and professional development opportunities A supportive and collaborative work culture Flexible and modern ways of working where applicable 25 days of annual leave Annual wellness allowance of 3,500 SEK Dedicated support from your Justera Group manager throughout your assignment We look forward to receiving your application.
