Senior Construction Quality Manager Location: Leesburg, VA Job Type: Direct Hire Starting Salary: From $115,000/year (higher compensation available based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects. This position is responsible for ensuring all work complies with project specifications, contract requirements, applicable codes, and established quality standards throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate has extensive construction quality management experience, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with project teams while maintaining high standards for safety and workmanship. Position Summary The Senior Construction Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing all quality control activities from project startup through closeout. This includes managing inspections, documentation, testing, submittals, and compliance with contract requirements while working closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and inspectors. This position provides independent oversight of project quality to help ensure construction activities meet required standards without compromising safety, schedule, or overall project performance.
