Consumer Analyst

In this role, you will play a fundamental part in building the analytical foundation and insights required to ensure our organization is aligned, informed, and accountable for delivering a superior consumer experience across all markets. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen and the ability to communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders. About the role As Consumer Analyst, you will translate complex data and consumer signals into clear, actionable insights that can drive strategic and tactical impact. Partnering with teams across Data & Analytics, Product, Design, Operations, Strategy and Market to understand challenges, synthesize insights from diverse sources, and co-create solutions grounded in consumer and business relevance. Your goal is to build a solid foundation for consumer, brand, and experience analytics, making insights accessible and actionable company-wide. Whether you are mapping the behavior of different consumer segments, uncovering what drives long-term retention, or tracking the impact of a new product feature, you will play a key role in guiding our journey toward becoming the undisputed #1 service in all our markets. What you'll do Manage the Consumer Scorecard: Define and evolve our core KPIs (NPS, User ratings, Brand preference, CSAT, MAU, Consumer base metrics, Operational metrics etc.) to ensure a trusted, single source of truth for our performance across the full consumer journey and lifecycle. Analyze Loyalty & Retention: Conduct cohort and retention analysis to identify the key drivers of consumer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. You’ll explore how different user segments behave and evolve, and translate user and service delivery insights into cross-functional guidance for the most effective ways to win, delight, and retain our consumers. Analyze Consumer Behavior: Dive deep into user behavior across web, app, communications and customer service channels. You will analyze funnels and identify drop-off points to provide concrete product and experience recommendations. This includes proactively identifying tracking gaps and defining what needs to be measured and how, to ensure decisions are grounded in reliable data. Translate Data into Action: Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into concise, actionable insights. You will provide a holistic lens to ensure we deliver a seamless and superior experience across the entire consumer journey. Co-create Analytical Foundations: Partner with data and tech teams to ensure our data collection is high-quality, scalable, and reliable. You’ll help shape the tracking and data structures (e.g., GA4, BigQuery) required to turn digital behavior into trustworthy insights. Drive Performance Insights: Enable data-driven decision-making through forecasting, trend analysis, and the development of automated dashboards in Tableau, Steep or similar tools. Collaborative Problem Solving: Act as the consumer analytics partner for teams across Instabee, helping them move past the "what" to understand the "why" behind consumer behavior. Drive Experimentation: Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests—taking ownership from the initial hypothesis to the final conclusion and recommended next steps. Your profile You are an analytical problem-solver with a natural drive to uncover patterns and understand exactly what drives consumer behavior and business performance. You are curious, proactive, and motivated by creating real-world results rather than theoretical perfection. You don't just provide data; you see it as your mission to provide the actionable insights that enable our teams to deliver a great consumer experience and our business to grow. Experience & Mindset Analytical Experience: 4-5+ years of experience in consumer analytics, digital analytics or a related field - ideally within a fast-paced service or e-commerce environment.
