<p><strong>Control Room Operator – Luna Park Sydney</strong></p><p>CONSTANT is currently seeking experienced Control Room Operators to join our team at Luna Park Sydney — one of the city’s most iconic and high-profile venues. In this critical role, you will help ensure the safety and security of staff, guests, and visitors while supporting smooth daily operations.</p><hr><h6>Key Responsibilities</h6><ul><li><p>Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, identify incidents, and escalate matters to relevant security personnel</p></li><li><p>Respond to emergencies by initiating appropriate procedures and liaising with emergency services where required</p></li><li><p>Provide clear and consistent communication with on-site security teams</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports and logs</p></li><li><p>Conduct investigations into security breaches and monitor activities of interest</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>About You</strong> - To be successful in this role, you must be available to work a rotating roster across days and nights throughout the week.
