Corporate Security Officer

<p><span><strong>CONSTANT </strong>is currently seeking experienced Corporate Security Officers to join our team on a permanent basis at a corporate headquarters in Pyrmont, Sydney.</span></p><p><span>This site supports a high-profile client within the entertainment industry. We are looking for professional, well-presented Security Officers who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.</span></p><h5><span>About the Role</span></h5><p><span><strong>Duties include:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Concierge and front-of-house security duties</span></p></li><li><p><span>Internal and external patrols</span></p></li><li><p><span>CCTV monitoring and incident response</span></p></li><li><p><span>Car park and access control management</span></p></li><li><p><span>Responding to alarms and emergencies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assisting with site events, premieres, and red carpets</span></p></li><li><p><span>Liaising with facilities management regarding safety concerns</span></p></li><li><p><span>Providing First Aid / CPR assistance when required</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Roster & Shift Information</strong></span></p><p><span>We currently have both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available across rotating rosters.</span></p><p><span>Shifts operate on a 12-hour roster pattern:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Day Shift: 0600 – 1800</span></p></li><li><p><span>Night Shift: 1800 – 0600</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Please note:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Applicants must be available to work rotating day and night shifts</span></p></li><li><p><span>Weekend availability is required for some roster lines</span></p></li><li><p><span>Rosters may vary depending on operational requirements and team structure</span></p></li></ul><p><span>This role is best suited to candidates who are genuinely flexible and comfortable working across a rotating 24/7 roster environment.</span></p><h5><span>Skills & Requirements</span></h5><ul><li><p><span>Current NSW Security Licence - mandatory</span></p></li><li><p><span>Current First Aid & CPR Certificate</span></p></li><li><p><span>NSW RSA Certificate</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communication and customer service skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Professional presentation and reliability</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:left;"><strong>CONSTANT is an Equal Opportunity Employer</strong><br>We value empathy, inclusion, and cultural diversity.
