Reporting to the <strong>CRM Operations & Martech Enablement Lead</strong>, you will bridge the gap between strategy and technical execution, acting as an enabler for the wider CRM team.</p><p>You won’t just be building campaigns – you’ll help build and improve the infrastructure, processes, and systems that make scalable, high-performing CRM possible.</p><p>Success in this role means improving CRM stability and deliverability, reducing technical blockers for the team, and helping the CRM function scale efficiently across multiple apps and markets</p><p></p><p>✨ <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Drive deliverability and inbox placement best practices to maximise open rates and overall campaign performance.</p></li><li><p>Act as the main technical point of contact for the CRM team, resolving integration issues, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and ensuring a high level of SLA for internal stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Own and improve CRM infrastructure, integrations, and data flows to create a more stable, diversified, and scalable ecosystem across apps and channels.</p></li><li><p>Manage and prioritise the team’s technical backlog, ensuring requests are delivered efficiently and operational blockers are resolved quickly.</p></li><li><p>Support and help drive technical CRM initiatives such as new channel rollouts, vendor evaluations, migrations, and system improvements.</p></li><li><p>Ensure high standards of campaign QA, data integrity, and system reliability across all CRM initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain clear, organised documentation, playbooks, and processes to improve team efficiency, consistency, and onboarding.</p></li><li><p>Research, evaluate, and propose new tools and AI-driven solutions that can improve automation, operational efficiency, and team performance.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and other stakeholders to align on tracking, CRM capabilities, and business priorities.</p><p></p></li></ul><p>✨ <strong>The ideal profile:</strong></p><ul><li><p>3+ years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, CRM operations, or similar roles.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Reteno, or similar.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of CRM infrastructure, including automations, data flows, integrations, and troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with Product, Engineering, or Analytics teams to solve technical issues and launch new CRM initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of email deliverability fundamentals, including inbox placement, sender reputation, and list hygiene.</p></li><li><p>Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.</p></li><li><p>Ability to create clear documentation, processes, and playbooks.</p></li><li><p>Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.</p><p></p><p>✨ <strong>Nice to Have </strong></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience with APIs, webhooks, or CRM integrations.</p></li><li><p>Experience with A/B testing, QA, and campaign troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with SQL, attribution, deep links, or tracking setup.</p></li><li><p>Experience in subscription, app-based, or multi-market businesses.</p></li></ul> <p><strong>To apply:</strong> <a href="https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/welltech-crm-technical-specialist">https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/welltech-crm-technical-specialist</a></p>
