For our client, we realize a recruitment process for Customer Communication Management Specialist Work Model: 100% Remote (from Poland) Contract Type: B2B About the Role Join a top-tier global consulting firm delivering high-impact IT solutions for major enterprise clients across finance, banking, insurance, and healthcare. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business logic and tech. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated customer communication templates and document composition workflows. From high-volume bank statements and invoices to personalized insurance policies, you will ensure millions of customers receive clear, accurate, and perfectly formatted communications. Your daily responsibilities: Craft and optimize document templates using premier CCM suites like Precisely Doc1, Precisely EngageOne, Pitney Bowes, and Thunderhead / SmartComm. Transform business rules and data inputs into dynamic, scalable document solutions. You will configure conditional logic (IF/ELSE), business variables, and reusable layout components. Handle the full SDLC—from impact analysis and estimation to development, unit testing, and production deployment. Partner closely with Business Analysts, QA teams, PMs, and client-side stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure timely, high-quality releases. Diagnose and resolve complex formatting, data mapping, and print stream issues in both batch processing and real-time enterprise workflows. Contribute to technical documentation, participate in peer code reviews, and mentor junior team members to foster continuous improvement. What you bring to the Team (Requirements): Proven, hands-on experience with Precisely Doc1 and/or Precisely EngageOne. Strong familiarity with Pitney Bowes CCM tools, Thunderhead / SmartComm, and Middle Office environments. Solid background in template creation and data mapping for both print and digital delivery channels. Clear understanding of structured data inputs, conditional validation rules, batch processing, and output management workflows. Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder relations smoothly. Fluent English (B2/C1 minimum) for everyday collaboration in an international environment. Nice-to-Haves: Experience managing the full correspondence lifecycle in large enterprise setups. Familiarity with legacy document composition platforms or supporting enterprise technologies. Mentoring skills and a passion for setting standard best practices.
