New colleagues also have the opportunity to become shareholders and take part in our continued journey.</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-70046f9d-7fff-b213-d87e-a0e2a773b0dd">About the Role</strong></span></p><p><span>Our Customer Success team currently consists of 12 colleagues across the Stockholm and London offices, all of whom play a significant role in our business by working daily to strengthen relationships with our most important asset - our customers. As a Customer Success Manager, your vital task is to create and further develop strong client relationships. To succeed, you must become an expert in our products and our customer-related processes. In short, you are the CEO of your own client portfolio. For the right person, there are great opportunities for growth.</span></p><p><span>Your main responsibilities will include:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Nurturing and developing our customer relationships</span></p></li><li><p><span>End-to-end onboarding of new customers</span></p></li><li><p><span>Acting as a bridge for product feedback between customers and the product team</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help handling incoming support requests</span></p></li><li><p><span>Driving projects independently and collaboratively</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-df80e910-7fff-8004-d640-5b0db7a9b0c6">A Day in the Life of a Customer Success Manager</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-e8c3b6d6-7fff-a12e-f7be-a987818c6476">08.30 – 09.00: </strong>Scan the morning news to stay up to date with market events</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-e8c3b6d6-7fff-a12e-f7be-a987818c6476">09.00 – 10.00: </strong>Onboarding meeting with a new customer</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-e8c3b6d6-7fff-a12e-f7be-a987818c6476">10.00 – 11.00: </strong>Meeting with the product team to sync on updates and test new features to ensure you're comfortable selling and instructing clients</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-e8c3b6d6-7fff-a12e-f7be-a987818c6476">11.00 – 12.00: </strong>Training session for a new user at a listed company</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-e8c3b6d6-7fff-a12e-f7be-a987818c6476">12.00 – 13.00: </strong>Lunch with colleagues</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-e8c3b6d6-7fff-a12e-f7be-a987818c6476">13.00 – 14.00: </strong>Sit in on a colleague’s sales meeting with one of your clients</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-e8c3b6d6-7fff-a12e-f7be-a987818c6476">14.00 – 15.00: </strong>Project meeting for your own initiative on how to improve our onboarding structure</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-e8c3b6d6-7fff-a12e-f7be-a987818c6476">15.00 – 17.00: </strong>Review and follow-up on active integration processes</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-e8c3b6d6-7fff-a12e-f7be-a987818c6476">17.00 – 17.30: </strong>Answering customer questions</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-65b099fe-7fff-82dc-05fe-dbeb6e411072">Your Profile</strong></span></p><p><span>To succeed in this role, you need:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>A few years of experience in account management or a similar role (Customer Success Manager/Account Executive/Key Account Manager), preferably within SaaS.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent communication and presenting skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Genuine interest in the stock market and finance industry</span></p></li></ul><p><span>To thrive, you should be structured, take ownership of your work, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
