This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Support Engineer based in Germany. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their technical issues are understood, validated, and resolved with speed and clarity. You will play a key role in shaping the customer experience by triaging incoming requests, guiding users through troubleshooting steps, and acting as a bridge between customers and engineering teams. In this highly SLA-driven environment, your work will directly influence customer satisfaction and product reliability. You will engage with APIs, integrations, logs, and technical workflows to reproduce issues and ensure accurate escalation when needed. Beyond reactive support, you will contribute to improving documentation, processes, and internal tooling to enhance overall efficiency.
