Customer Support Specialist (Energy Industries)

<p><span><strong>We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Energy Industries) for a company in Malmö. </strong></span><strong>Start is ASAP, 1 year limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Malmö.</strong></p><p><span><br></span></p><div id="id-7mrnpb"><p><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p><span>* Manage customer orders and support order-related inquiries</span></p><p><span>* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and delivery follow-up</span></p><p><span>* Support and improve electronic order flows and internal processes</span></p><p><span>* Work in SAP and other internal systems/tools</span></p><p><span>* Ensure timely communication with customers and stakeholders</span></p><p><span>* Identify improvement areas and support process development</span></p><p><span> <br></span></p><p><span><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p><p><span>* 1–3+ years of experience in customer service, order handling, or administration</span></p><p><span>* Experience working in ERP systems (SAP preferred)</span></p><p><span>* Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</span></p><p><span>* Strong communication and coordination skills</span></p><p><span>* Swedish is mandatory, English basic knowledge required</span></p><p><span>* Business Administration education or equivalent experience is preferred</span></p><p><span> <br></span></p><p></p></div><p>This is a full-time consultant position<span> </span>in Malmö<span> </span>through Incluso.
