You’ll partner with teams across the company from product, operations, to tech and beyond - to understand challenges, gather insights, and co-create solutions. Whether it’s structuring an ambiguous problem, evaluating new data sources, or communicating a compelling recommendation, you’ll bring clarity and impact. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, is comfortable navigating complexity, and sees data as a powerful tool, not an end in itself.</span></p><h5><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-d8e1c945-7fff-c417-fbe6-184a5276e5eb">Some of the things you’ll do</strong></span></h5><ul><li><p><span>Tackle complex and ambiguous problems by bringing structure and taking clear, decisive action</span></p></li><li><p><span>Translate complex data and information into concise, actionable insights using both qualitative and quantitative methods</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate across diverse teams to co-create smart solutions and drive real change</span></p></li><li><p><span>Communicate insights clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels, from junior teams to senior leadership</span></p></li><li><p><span>Continuously explore and integrate new internal and external data sources to strengthen our decision-making foundation</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with teams to understand business challenges and build tailored tools or frameworks that improve how we work</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as a go-to person for analytical support—sharing knowledge, guiding ad-hoc analysis, and elevating decision quality across the company</span></p></li></ul><h5><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-d8e1c945-7fff-c417-fbe6-184a5276e5eb">Your future team</strong></span></h5><p><span>You’ll join a tight-knit team working on Instabee’s most critical challenges.
