As Demand Planner, you will play a key role in securing availability, <strong>driving margin, stock performance, and overall commercial results</strong> across our stores and e-commerce.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>You translate category strategies into accurate forecasts and clear actions, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time – while <strong>optimizing the balance between availability, working capital, and profitability</strong>. You also contribute to sharpening how we plan, prioritize, and act – continuously improving the quality and impact of our decisions</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></p><p><span>Own forecasting, replenishment and purchase planning within defined commercial targets<br>• Drive the full purchase order lifecycle, ensuring timing, volume, and quality align with demand<br>• Optimize stock availability at the distribution center based on demand and performance</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>• Identify risks and opportunities early, and act to secure availability and stock efficiency<br>• Drive actions to improve sell-through, margin, and overall stock performance<br>• Deliver clear insights, follow up on key KPIs, and take ownership of performance development</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>WE BELIEVE YOU ARE</strong></span></p><p><span>A structured and analytical planner with a strong commercial mindset, who takes ownership and turns insights into clear business actions.</span></p><p><span>• 3–5 years of experience within demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning<br>• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, KPIs, and performance metrics<br>• Solid understanding of stock productivity, sell-through, and margin drivers<br>• Ability to translate analysis into clear priorities and business decisions<br>• Experience from retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods is highly valuable<br>• Relevant academic degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or similar</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>WHY KJELL &amp; COMPANY</strong></span></p><p><span>At Kjell &amp; Company, you become part of a company with clear direction and strong ambitions.
