Till vår kund så letar vi efter en 'Deputy Program Architect' We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect for an assignment, with deep knowledge in the wealth and asset management area and thrives in a strategic role where architecture, business and large-scale transformation meet. About the assignment: On this assignment you will have a lead architecture role in our custody transformation program and play a pivotal role in driving and guiding our strategic transformation from an end-to-end perspective. The custody transformation program is one of the key initiatives for developing our savings and investments offering. By modernising our custody infrastructure, we are building a modern next generation custody platform. You will work very closely with the Program Architect and act as the deputy. You will actively lead and contribute to this ongoing large-scale digital transformation and build completely new capabilities. The purpose is to position the company as an industry leader within the wealth and asset management area. You will collaborate extensively with technology and architecture stakeholders across the organization, as well as business and business services representatives. Your responsibility will be to: - Shape and hands-on drive the architecture transformation agenda for the custody transformation program. A key to success is close collaboration with other parts of the organization regarding e.g. front-end applications, business layers, ledgers, authorization, cloud, API, AI and data management. - Design end-to-end future-ready, modern, secure and stable solutions. - Interact with other architects across relevant business and technology areas to align and materialize architecture roadmaps. You will be part of the program architecture design authority. - Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs, anchor ideas and shape sustainable solutions. Required experience - At least 10 years’ proven professional experience as a Solution Architect and 5 years as a Senior Architect. - Proven track record of successful architecture-driven changes in a highly complex environment with diverse technologies and platforms. - Proven ability to drive and contribute to large-scale technology transformations, both modernization of existing platforms and full-scale system replacements. - End-to-end knowledge of wealth, savings, trading and investment services, processes and client needs from a digitalization perspective. - Have a proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps. - Employs a pragmatic yet creative mindset to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for complex business challenges with a goal-oriented approach and strong commitment to delivery. - Broad interest in various architecture disciplines, including business, application, information, and technology. - Proven experience with APIs, modular architecture, test-driven development, and data-centric designs. - Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and guide both business and IT stakeholders as well as tech leads. - Experience in regulations and directives relevant to financial markets. - Advanced oral and written communication abilities, adept at articulating concepts, visualizing architectural roadmaps, and engaging effectively with stakeholders across Business, Business Services, and Technology. - Takes personal responsibility for achieving and delivering impactful, high-value outcomes. It’s a strong plus if you have - Proven experience as Lead Solution Architect for a larger transformation within the financial industry. - Hands-on experience driving modernization from legacy platforms to modern cloud solutions. - Experience designing AI components in solutions. - AI-driven architecture work with machine-readable architecture as input to end-to-end AI product development. - Experience in cyber security and security architecture is meriting.
