On any given day, you'll be coding, reviewing, deploying, testing, and iterating—this is our bread and butter. You'll participate in regular Scrum ceremonies while continuously innovating and optimizing for speed, scalability, and security. You'll also help architect systems to ensure high availability and resilience, leveraging AWS services to build scalable cloud solutions.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Full-Stack Development:</strong> Use technologies like Node.js, MongoDB, Next.js, and Nest.js to develop robust applications.</li> <li><strong>DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines:</strong> Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and YAML for seamless deployment.</li> <li><strong>Containerization and Orchestration:</strong> Leverage Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of applications.   </li> <li><strong>Cloud Infrastructure on AWS:</strong> Implement scalable DevOps solutions using AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.   </li> <li><strong>Security Best Practices:</strong> Build secure, robust web applications with a strong focus on security standards and protocols.   </li> <li><strong>Architectural Collaboration:</strong> Work with cross-functional teams to make architectural decisions for system scalability and performance.   </li> <li><strong>RESTful Services Development:</strong> Design, develop, test, and deploy RESTful APIs and microservices.   </li> <li><strong>Infrastructure Automation:</strong> Develop processes for infrastructure automation using Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker.   </li> <li><strong>Real-Time Problem Solving:</strong> Solve complex problems in real-time, ensuring high performance and reliability.   </li> <li><strong>Monitoring and Logging:</strong> Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideal Candidate Qualifications:</strong>   </p> <ul> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or engineering.   </li> <li><strong>Experience:</strong>      <br> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience developing with Node.js/MERN stack or equivalent.       </li> <li>2+ years of core web app development experience (front-end and back-end).       </li> <li>2+ years of CI/CD and/or DevOps related work experience. </li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> <ul> <li><strong>AWS Familiarity:</strong> Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, and CloudFormation.  </li> <li><strong>Containerization:</strong> Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and management.           </li> <li><strong>DevOps Tools:</strong> Knowledge of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.           </li> <li><strong>Configuration Management:</strong> Working experience with YAML for configuration management.           </li> <li><strong>Infrastructure as Code:</strong> Familiarity with Terraform for managing cloud infrastructure.           </li> <li><strong>Version Control:</strong> Proficient with Git and GitHub for code management and collaboration.       </li> </ul>    </li> <li><strong>Programming Languages:</strong>         <ul> <li>Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.           </li> <li>Working experience with PHP is a strong plus.        </li> </ul> &
