We bridge clients and partners & professionals throughout the talent supply chain, for the benefit of individuals, organizations and society. 🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for🔹 DevOps Engineer 🔹 Our role is to drive automated loan processing solutions that enable seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency. Our team is a newly established, collaborative unit focused on implementing Straight-Through Processing for loan operations. We work in an Agile environment characterized by high levels of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. English is our primary working language, and we work closely with developers, Business SMEs, and Product Owners to enable fast clarification, shared understanding, and genuinely collaborative solution design. Our technology stack includes, but is not limited to: Kubernetes , Docker , Bamboo , Argo , SQL , SysDig , Prometheus , Splunk , Grafana , and various scripting languages. We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to drive the implementation of automated workflows and robust pipelines for our loan processes. What you'll be doing: • Design and deploy scalable infrastructure supporting loan origination and servicing • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure end-to-end process automation • Monitor system performance and implement improvements using modern monitoring tools • Integrate systems and optimize workflows for seamless loan application and approval procedures Must-have knowledge and experience Kubernetes, Docker, Bamboo, Argo, SQL, SysDig, Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana Your background and skills include: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or similar field • Several years of DevOps experience with expertise in CI/CD tools and cloud technologies • Strong understanding of financial services workflows and core banking concepts • Proficiency in scripting languages, SQL, and monitoring tools • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset Nice-to-have knowledge and experience • Scripting and cloud knowledge It would be ideal if you also… • Have experience specifically with loan processing or banking systems • Possess advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies • Demonstrate experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams Possible locations: Gdynia or Gdansk.
