The position supports critical delivery pipelines and helps scale engineering capabilities by consolidating responsibility for CI/CD and DevOps operations, while also contributing to application development when needed.</p><div></div><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, and GitHub Enterprise</p></li><li><p>Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS-native tools and automation frameworks</p></li><li><p>Build and optimize cloud-native deployment pipelines on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS)</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes orchestration</p></li><li><p>Implement automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, and Python</p></li><li><p>Support continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) best practices</p></li><li><p>Improve build automation, release engineering, and software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) processes</p></li><li><p>Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting using tools such as Sentry, New Relic</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) on system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization</p></li><li><p>Manage multi-tenant distributed systems and microservices architectures</p></li><li><p>Support database operations (SQL and NoSQL), including performance tuning, migrations, and data lifecycle management</p></li><li><p>Contribute to application development using modern programming languages and frameworks</p></li><li><p>Support API development, testing, and integration using tools such as Postman and curl</p></li></ul><div></div><h2></h2><h2><b>Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field</p></li><li><p>8+ years of experience in:</p><ul><li><p>DevOps engineering</p></li><li><p>Cloud architecture</p></li><li><p>Software development</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Strong hands-on experience with:</p><ul><li><p>CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions</p></li><li><p>Cloud platforms: AWS (preferred)</p></li><li><p>Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes</p></li><li><p>Version control: Git</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Strong programming and scripting experience in:</p><ul><li><p>C# / .NET</p></li><li><p>JavaScript / TypeScript</p></li><li><p>Python</p></li><li><p>Bash / Shell scripting</p></li><li><p>PowerShell</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Experience with:</p><ul><li><p>Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (CloudFormation, Terraform preferred)</p></li><li><p>Microservices and distributed systems</p></li><li><p>REST APIs and API integrations</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Knowledge of:</p><ul><li><p>Monitoring & observability tools (New Relic, Sentry)</p></li><li><p>SSO / Identity management (Okta)</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Strong understanding of:</p><ul><li><p>Software development lifecycle (SDLC)</p></li><li><p>DevOps best practices and automation frameworks</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively in globally distributed Agile teams</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience with:</p><ul><li><p>.NET Core / ASP.NET</p></li><li><p>Frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)</p></li><li><p>Ruby on Rails</p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><ul><li><p>Familiarity with:</p><ul><li><p>Event-driven architecture (Kafka, messaging systems)</p></li><li><p>NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Experience working in enterprise SaaS or cloud platform environments</p></li><li><p>Exposure to security best practices, DevSecOps, and container security</p></li>&lt
