For our client we are looking for a Digital Product Manager for their Digital Services domain. The Site & Productivity Core team consists of back-end developers, testers, product owners, and scrum master. We have all competencies needed to take an idea from concept through development, deployment, and long-term maintenance. Their mission is to enable reliable, scalable, and quality-assured data that powers downstream digital services, supporting dealers and machine owners with insights for uptime and productivity. The assignment We are now looking for a Digital Product Manager who is motivated by enabling data-driven products and building robust digital foundations. You will operate at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring that our core platforms and data services continuously deliver trusted and high-quality data to consuming systems. You will work in close collaboration with machine platforms to enable robust data flows, integration, and consistency across the end-to-end landscape. About you You have a strong technical understanding and are comfortable working close to engineering teams. You understand how data flows across systems and how platform capabilities translate into business value. You take ownership of the product lifecycle and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to secure reliable, scalable, and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive the digital product at the intersection of business and technology, with a strong focus on data and platform capabilities Define and evolve product vision, strategy, goals, roadmap, and budget aligned with business and platform direction Translate business, customer, and operational needs into scalable, reliable, and data-driven solutions Ensure continuous optimization of the product to deliver high-quality, trusted, and accessible data while maximizing business value and ROI Manage the full product lifecycle, maintaining a holistic view of data flows, integrations, and downstream service needs Lead product planning, including prioritization, resource planning, and ensuring compliance with legal, security, and data governance requirements Drive delivery and adoption by securing release plans, collaborating with engineering and stakeholders, and continuously improving based on performance, data quality, and platform reliability Competence Profile and Qualifications: Minimum 5 Years’ relevant experience University degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field Strong experience in digital product management, preferably within data platforms, APIs, or technical product environments Good understanding of software development, system architecture, and data flows across distributed systems Experience working in agile environments and with cross-functional, engineering-driven teams Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives Analytical and structured mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Strong understanding of data ecosystems, platform thinking, and system interdependencies Accountable for outcomes, performance, and continuous improvement of one or two teams Fluent in English, both written and spoken Valid work permit for Sweden, if not an EU citizen Swedish language skills are considered a merit PLEASE NOTE! REGARDING NECESSARY BACKGROUND CHECKS: You, the supplier, must conduct a background check as soon as possible after the candidate has been chosen for the assignment. As a part of the contract signature, you, the supplier, will also sign a ‘SELF-DECLARATION FORM’ confirming all requested Background Checks are completed. If you/your consultant is selected for the assignment, you are responsible to ensure the background check is completed before signing a contract. Our client reserves the right to request evidence of completion of these checks according to their expectations for the duration of the contingent worker assignment. If any deviations or discrepancies occur, the supplier should inform Ework and the candidate should not be moving forward in the procurement process. Any supplier awarded an assignment with our client needs to, at least, perform checks on: • Identity verification • Right-to-work confirmation • Address verification (covering approximately the last 10 years) • Education verification (highest relevant degree or certification) • Financial fitness (e.g., history of bankruptcy or significant debts) • Corporate directorship review (where applicable) • Criminal record check in accordance with local legislation • Basic open-source / media review (including social media)
