Digital Workplace & End-User Computing Specialist

Role overview: We are partnering with a global IT services organization to enhance digital workplace services and end-user experience across distributed teams. Key responsibilities: • Manage and optimize digital workplace environments (M365, Intune, VDI) • Support device lifecycle management and endpoint security • Improve user experience through automation and self-service solutions • Provide 2nd/3rd line support and continuous service improvements • Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams Profile: • Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Endpoint Manager, Azure AD) • Knowledge of VDI solutions (Citrix, VMware Horizon) • Strong troubleshooting and user-focused mindset • Familiarity with ITIL processes
