This individual will operate at the intersection of institutional account management, strategy and execution. This role is designed for a highly strategic operator who can own and grow complex relationships, while also driving end-to-end execution of new, often ambiguous initiatives that push into new operating models of how AI-powered financial planning solutions are delivered.</p><p>You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, translating customer needs, constraints, and long-term objectives into actionable strategies, while mobilizing internal teams to deliver high-impact outcomes. This is not a traditional account management role; it requires someone who can think like a strategist, operate like a product leader, and execute like a program owner.</p><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><h3><strong>Strategic Account Leadership</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Own and deepen relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels across Charles Schwab’s multi-entity, multi-vertical organizations</p></li><li><p>Develop a deep understanding of each of Charles Schwab’s business vertical’s operating model, decision frameworks, and value drivers</p></li><li><p>Act as a strategic thought partner, advising on how to best leverage our platform within their broader ecosystems</p></li><li><p>Anticipate customer needs and proactively shape opportunities for expansion and impact</p></li><li><p>Own post-implementation adoption and value realization, co-defining and tracking success metrics</p></li><li><p>Identify and remove barriers to adoption within complex operating environments</p></li><li><p>Ensure delivered solutions translate into measurable business impact, not just successful implementation</p></li><li><p>Remove blockers in production by ensuring feedback and bugs are reported and resolved in a timely manner</p></li><li><p>Create and deliver quarterly Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to customer stakeholders</p></li></ul><p><br></p><h3><strong>Strategy &amp; Execution</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Translate client goals and constraints into clear, actionable strategic plans</p></li><li><p>Lead zero-to-one initiatives, including new product implementations, workflows, and experiences that may not have precedent within the customer organization or segment</p></li><li><p>Drive execution across ambiguous environments, ensuring progress despite evolving requirements or unclear paths</p></li><li><p>Balance long-term strategic vision with near-term deliverables and milestones</p></li><li><p>Establish structure, operating cadence, and decision frameworks in complex, multi-stakeholder environments</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership &amp; Influence</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Serve as the voice of the customer in product roadmap discussions, ensuring customer workflows, constraints, and value drivers are clearly represented</p></li><li><p>Translate emerging capabilities (e.g., AI, income tax planning) into frameworks that stakeholders can evaluate and adopt with confidence</p></li><li><p>Navigate customer data sharing, privacy, and legacy system constraints to enable scalable solutions</p></li><li><p>Surface and resolve misalignment early to maintain execution momentum</p></li><li><p>Partner with Charles Schwab’s cross-functional teams (e.g., strategy, product, risk, compliance, operations, technology) to unblock progress, enable successful adoption and valuable feedback loops</p></li><li&g
