Disbursement Executive

Designation – Disbursement Executive Location - Colombo, Sri Lanka   We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of shipping and disbursement processes to join our team in Sri Lanka as a Disbursement Account (DA) Executive. If you can manage multiple priorities, efficiently resolve issues and maintain accuracy while working within strict timelines, you could the one.   What Would Your Day Look Like? If appointed, you will be responsible for the final scrutiny and processing of FDAs (Final Disbursement Accounts) to ensure compliance with client requirements, company procedures and industry standards. Your day will involve verifying tariffs, agreements and contractual rates, reviewing supporting documentation, calculating exchange rates and ROEs, resolving queries with agents and principals, and ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time. You will also contribute to cost-saving initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy in FDA processing.
