The role combines electronics design, hands-on laboratory work, and close collaboration across multiple engineering disciplines.</span></p><p><span>This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the entire product lifecycle – from concept development and prototyping to industrialization, production support, and continuous improvement.</span></p><p><span>If you are curious, solution-oriented, and motivated by creating reliable and scalable electronic products, we would love to hear from you.</span></p><h4><span>What you will do</span></h4><p><span>You will design, develop, and maintain electronic systems and PCB assemblies for both new and existing Easee products.</span></p><p><span>A key part of the role will be hands-on work in the lab, where you will build, test, troubleshoot, and validate hardware prototypes and production-ready solutions.</span></p><p><span>You will contribute to concept development, feasibility studies, and R&amp;D activities, while collaborating closely with colleagues across mechanics, embedded software, production, quality, compliance, sourcing, and product management to deliver robust and integrated solutions.</span></p><p><span>Your responsibilities will also include:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Design and development of analog and digital electronic circuits and PCB assemblies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create schematics, PCB layouts, technical specifications, and design documentation using modern development tools</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform hardware bring-up, prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in design reviews, verification, and validation activities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Evaluate designs with respect to manufacturability, cost, scalability, and compliance</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support lifecycle management and continuous improvement of existing products</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to manage component availability, obsolescence, and manufacturing challenges</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure compliance with relevant safety, EMC/EMI, and industry standards</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and tools</span></p></li></ul><h4><span>We believe that you are a good match if you are</span></h4><p><span>An engineer who enjoys combining technical depth with hands-on product development.
