As an Engineering Manager, your focus will be on managing and supporting the teams at all levels. Being a leader means ensuring that teams are growing and developing their knowledge, both as a team and as individuals, while enjoying their work and feeling proud. As a leader, you should have a solid background and leadership skills, enabling you to work on team strategy and the implementation of valuable ideas, as well as continuously challenge your team members.
