You'll work with decision-makers at the C-level and beyond, navigating complex sales cycles with a consultative approach that puts the customer's needs first.</span></p><p><span>If you thrive in a high-autonomy environment, love the full sales cycle, and want to sell a product you can genuinely believe in — this is your seat.</span></p><h4><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-a9b4a65d-7fff-b683-d1eb-01ce79068570">About the job</strong></span></h4><p><span>You'll own your pipeline from prospecting to close, working closely with our Customer Success and technical teams to deliver real value to enterprise customers.</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-a9b4a65d-7fff-b683-d1eb-01ce79068570">A typical day in this role involves:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Identifying and pursuing new enterprise opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and inbound leads</span></p></li><li><p><span>Running structured discovery meetings and presenting tailored UCaaS solutions — telephony, PBX, contact center, chat, and integrations in one platform</span></p></li><li><p><span>Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes from first contact to signed contract</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborating with Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, and internal support to ensure a smooth customer journey</span></p></li><li><p><span>Keeping your pipeline clean and your forecasting sharp in Salesforce or equivalent CRM</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contributing to playbook development and sharing learnings across the sales team</span></p></li></ul><h4><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-a9b4a65d-7fff-b683-d1eb-01ce79068570">About you</strong></span></h4><p><span>You've been around the block in B2B sales and know how enterprise deals work. You're patient where patience is needed, direct where it matters, and you always follow through.</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-a9b4a65d-7fff-b683-d1eb-01ce79068570">We're looking for someone with:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>A strong track record in enterprise or large-account B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, telecom, or tech</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience managing long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comort working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with integrations and how platforms connect to business workflows (a plus, not a must)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluency in Finnish and English — Swedish is a bonus</span></p></li><li><p><span>A consultative, curious mindset — you listen before you pitch</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Previous experience from the telecom, UCaaS, or cloud communications space is merited but not required.
