If you have the skills and experience to excel in a highly technical environment focused on software integration, testing, and safety-critical systems, we would like to hear from you.</span></p><h2><span>About the Assignment</span></h2><p><span>We are seeking an experienced software developer and integrator with hands-on skills in programming, debugging, and testing.</span></p><p><span>You will join a team responsible for the integration and testing of High Integrity (HI) containers within the AD/ADAS stack. The scope also encompasses adaptation of the software to comply with higher safety level requirements, delivery flow optimisation, and comprehensive testing across various environments such as SIL (Software-in-the-Loop), HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop), and vehicles. Additionally, the team also coordinates HI development efforts across the organisation.</span></p><p><span>Joining a team of skilled software developers, you are expected to bring seniority, share knowledge, and support the product owner and unit leader in realising the unit's road map.</span></p><h2><span>Your Mission and Day-to-Day Tasks</span></h2><ul><li><p><span>Safeguard, optimise, and expand automation in HI integration and delivery flows</span></p></li><li><p><span>Secure vehicle project milestones</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders</span></p></li><li><p><span>Enhance code, build systems and develop test methods to ensure compliance with high safety (ASIL) levels</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in multi-level testing activities, including SIL, HIL, and in-vehicle environments, to verify software integrity and performance</span></p></li><li><p><span>Investigate and resolve reported product issues, ensuring fixes are properly tested and integrated, and measures are taken to avoid regressions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Improve developer experience via, for example, observability efforts</span></p></li><li><p><span>Share knowledge and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence</span></p></li></ul>
