Fleet associate - recruitment assistant (Part-Time, On-Site - Stockholm)

<p>Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about people? We’re looking for a <strong>Recruitment Assistant</strong> to join our team in <strong>Stockholm</strong> and help ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes from start to finish.<br><strong>About the Role:</strong><br>As a Recruitment Assistant, you’ll work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to support the daily operations of our recruitment activities. Your role will be key to ensuring a positive candidate experience and a streamlined internal workflow.<br><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.</p></li><li><p>Help screen CVs and organize candidate profiles.</p></li><li><p>Keep applicant tracking systems and databases up to date.</p></li><li><p>Support employer branding and recruitment events as needed.</p></li><li><p>Ensure timely follow-ups and contribute to a great candidate experience.</p></li></ul><div><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p></div><ul><li><p>Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support (preferred but not required).</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills in both <strong>Swedish (required)</strong> and English.</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.</p></li><li><p>A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.</p></li></ul><div><p>Sound like the right fit?
