Your responsibility will be both broad and deep: wherever the biggest opportunity or hardest challenge sits, that's where you go. You'll own initiatives, turn ambiguity into clear plans, and build the systems that lead to fast growth and lean operations. - Build across our group of companies with an AI-native mandate - Drive commercial momentum and opportunities for growth - Design and scale the systems, processes, and tools underpinning us - Spearheading initiatives, general problem solving and driving rhythm of business Your background - Quantitative/STEM degree from a tier-1 university - 2+ years of experience in management consultancy, investment banking or scale-up technology company - Exceptional problem solving ability and track record as a high achiever - Super-high agency, ambition and work ethic - AI-pilled
