Join us in Malmö or Grevie and become part of a team that’s leading Lindab Group into the future of business technology!</p><h4><strong>Key</strong> <strong>responsibilities</strong></h4><ul><li><p>Lead and support the implementation and optimization of D365 F&SCM,<strong> </strong>focusing on Customer Order Management.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable solutions.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for D365 F&SCM implementations and processes.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, ensuring they stay focused and on track.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 F&SCM features, enhancements, and industry trends.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Lead and participate in business analysis groups, contributing to solution improvements and proposal development.</p></li></ul><h4><strong>What we are looking for</strong></h4><ul><li><p>Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing D365 F&SCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Deep functional<strong> </strong>expertise in the D365 F&SCM, including quote-to-cash and customer order management.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into efficient, scalable, and secure ERP solutions.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience in creating and maintaining documentation for ERP implementations, processes, and ongoing improvements.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>We</strong> <strong>believe that to succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p>You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interactions with both technical teams and business stakeholders.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Analytical mindset, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical ERP solutions.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate changes and challenges during project implementation.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>A proactive approach to continuous learning, staying updated on new technologies and industry trends.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
