Job Profile Summary The Global Print Producer manages and oversees the full cycle of print production projects, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and external print vendors. This role ensures that all production requirements are met or exceeded, utilizing print and project management expertise to coordinate, evaluate, and enhance production processes, while driving quality, cost, and timing across multiple projects. Get to know the role Job Title: Global Print Producer II – TCG Production (IC2) FLSA Classification (US Only): Exempt People Manager: No Reports to – Manager, Global Print Production What you’ll do Manage moderately complex, small to medium-scale print projects. Collaborate daily with internal and external teams to support the production and manufacturing of printed products from concept to finished product. Support the creation of packaging design dielines, development of new products, and components. Ensure clear and timely communication internally and externally using a variety of tools. Serve as the primary point of contact for your active projects between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring that all production phases are completed on time, on budget, and to established quality and sustainability standards. Follow RFQ processes and award all projects on comparative costing and capacity review among multiple vendors. Prepare and issue complete and accurate purchase orders and assist with inventory control and invoice discrepancies as needed. Extensive data entry within Oracle, Workfront, and a variety of project tracking tools. Manage the organization and provision of all files to external vendors, coordinating internal proofing reviews (both soft and hard proofs) to ensure accuracy and quality. Participate in Team and Company Initiatives to identify and implement process improvements, aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing overall production quality. What you’ll bring 3-5 years of relevant print production and print industry experience or demonstrated equivalent level of expertise. Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience. Intermediate understanding of the print industry and project management terminology and disciplines for effectively quoting, sourcing, and managing print projects. Experience managing color accuracy expectations in proofing and attending press checks. Knowledge of packaging engineering from conception to finished goods using paper, plastics, and other substrates a plus. The ability to prioritize multiple and varied tasks in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to establish and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with internal and external partners. Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ERP and Oracle experience a plus Ability to travel domestically if/when needed, for press checks. Proficient in using a computer for extended periods as part of daily responsibilities. Ability to work in the Bellevue office a minimum of 3 days per week. Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $85,000 – $95,000 per year. The full range is $85,000 - $150,000 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
