Governance & Compliance Manager (Financial Services) - Dublin

We are seeking an experienced Governance & Compliance professional to provide interim support within a Financial Services Compliance function. This role will play a key part in the ongoing operation, enhancement and oversight of compliance governance and policy frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practice. This is a high-impact contract role, offering strong stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to influence compliance practices across the business. Key Responsibilities: Support the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Compliance Policy & Governance Framework Review and update compliance policies, frameworks, methodologies, and supporting documentation Provide Second Line oversight, guidance, and constructive challenge to business (First Line) functions Support governance forums and contribute to committee materials and reporting Assist in the annual compliance monitoring and assurance planning process Identify and escalate material compliance risks, control weaknesses, and regulatory concerns Collaborate with Legal, Risk, HR, Internal Audit, and senior stakeholders to ensure a coordinated compliance approach Contribute to compliance training and awareness initiatives
