HR Associate
The HR Associate is responsible for supporting recruitment activities and related processes within the HR office Recruitment Key Responsibilities: Manage timely posting of job ads through external media and company website. Screen job applications and conduct entrance examinations. Schedule job interviews and conduct reference checks on candidates. Conduct HR orientations and facilitate office tours for new hires. Prepare initial job offers, subject to Management approval.
