At the same time, you will ensure that the environment supports the specific requirements related to Cargo Access Solutions (CAS), including the handling of sensitive and classified information.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>You will work hands-on with infrastructure operations, troubleshooting, and improvements, while also acting as a key interface toward the global IT organization and ensuring alignment with central standards.<br><br>In this role, you will act as the local responsible for ensuring the IT environment meets CAS and DSA requirements. The role is essential to fulfilling security and compliance requirements connected to MacGregor’s operational standards and customer contracts.</span><br></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>More tasks and responsibilities</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Infrastructure & Operations:</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Operate and support network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and segmentation</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ensure reliable backup, recovery, and monitoring processes</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Support and align with the global IT organisation on infrastructure standards and operations</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Participate in infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Regulatory Alignment:</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ensure that the IT environment supports CAS requirements for handling classified and sensitive information</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Maintain infrastructure that meets Designated Security Authorities (DSA) standards</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Contribute to audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities connected to CAS</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Act as a local point of contact for questions related to infrastructure within regulated environments</span><br></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Classified Information Management:</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Support secure network configurations, including segmentation and controlled environments</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ensure proper handling of sensitive and classified data within secure infrastructures</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Reporting directly to the Manager of ICT Architecture & Infrastructure, located in Finland. The position is based at MacGregor’s office in Gothenburg.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>What you’ll need to succeed</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>To succeed in this role, you have a solid background in IT infrastructure and enjoy working hands-on in environments where reliability, structure, and compliance are essential. You are self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of both operations and improvements.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>You understand the importance of working within regulated environments and balancing operational efficiency with security requirements.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Core Experience:</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Several years of experience working with IT infrastructure and server operations</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Experience with networking (switches, firewalls, ACLs)</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex environments</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Understanding of network segmentation and controlled IT environments</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Experience working in regulated or security-sensitive environments (meritorious)</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms (meritorious)</
