We bridge clients and partners & professionals throughout the talent supply chain, for the benefit of individuals, organizations and society. 🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for IT Analyst 🔹 We are on an exciting journey, modernising our post-trade landscape and moving trade flows from local systems onto a common Nordic settlement solution. We are looking for an engineer to join one of our experienced implementation teams working with Calypso. Post-trade is one of the most dynamic areas in financial markets right now, driven by industry changes such as T+1 settlement, ongoing market infrastructure convergence (including Euronext initiatives) and broader consolidation in Europe. This creates a unique opportunity to work close to the heart of market change and help make European markets more efficient and competitive globally. Must have skills: Relevant experience from financial markets and post-trade (securities settlement) Experience combining analysis, solution design and hands-on implementation Hands-on experience delivering changes in an IT development setup (agile or hybrid), from idea to production Ability to understand system architecture and make sound design choices balancing functionality, performance and maintainability Nice to have: Experience with the Calypso application is a strong advantage. Java development and/or integration experience. Daily tasks: Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify priorities and define a clear scope for delivery Design solutions together with the team and document decisions so they are easy to understand, maintain and evolve Implement changes through Calypso configuration and, when needed, development (e.g., Java, integrations and automation) Plan and execute functional testing/UAT with stakeholders, and continuously improve quality and test automation where possible Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, drive root-cause analysis and implement improvements to prevent recurrence Possible location in Poland : Gdańsk (2-3 days per week from office) Client code: BN01 Contact person: aleksandra.rosikiewicz@eworkgroup.com Do you know someone who would fit this position?
