IT Compliance Consultant

We are seeking an experienced IT Compliance Consultant to support a strategic Infrastructure and Cyber Resilience Program within the pharmaceutical industry . Operating in a highly regulated environment, you will play a critical role in ensuring that IT systems and applications meet compliance and qualification standards aligned with industry regulations and best practices. This role requires strong experience working within GxP-regulated environments, with a focus on delivering high-quality documentation and collaborating across business, IT, and quality functions. Key Responsibilities Support the creation, review, and approval of client qualification deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain close communication with stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment on: qualification requirements, compliance implications for applications, and project progress and risks. Produce documentation aligned with existing standards, SOPs, and best practices. Manage and respond to reviews from Line of Business, IT, and Quality stakeholders. Ensure adherence to clients processes and regulatory expectations. Experience with electronic document management systems (e.g. Veeva etc.); application development and lifecycle management and IT service management systems (e.g. ServiceNow) Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Strong expertise and ability to interview and accurately interpret communication requirements of team members. Start date: As soon as possible Project duration: 7 months Part time: 3-4 days per week, based on project activities. Location: Nearshoring preferrred (e.g. Poland, Ungarn) For the duration of this assignment Ework Services (0,9%) will be deducted from the total amount invoiced. We offer candidates continuously.
