Role Summary:日本市場におけるPlayStationプレイヤーのエンゲージメントを軸にして、オムニチャネル（Web・CRM・アプリ・コンソール・LINE）施策を自律的に設計・実行し、成果まで責任を持つポジションです。日本独自のプレイヤー理解に基づき、オムニチャネルマーケティングキャンペーンの企画・実行を通じて、ビジネス成⻑（PS5プレイやエンゲージメント）に貢献します。単なる施策実行ではなく、仮説設計・優先順位判断・改善までを一貫して担う「実行オーナー」としての役割です。Key Responsibilities:1. オムニチャネル施策の企画・開発日本市場向けオムニチャネルマーケティングキャンペーンの企画・開発グローバル戦略を日本市場向けに最適化し、日本プレイヤー体験として再設計複数施策を横断した一貫性あるストーリーの構築2. 日本向けオムニチャネルマーケティングキャンペーンの実行オーナー多くのキャンペーンの企画・実行をリード企画 → 実行 → 効果検証 → 改善までをEnd-to-Endで担当実行品質・スピード・一貫性の最大化3. プレイヤーエンゲージメントの最大化日本のプレイヤー行動・嗜好を踏まえた施策設計KPI（エンゲージメント・コンバージョン等）を基にした改善サイクルの運用課題の特定とアクションへの落とし込み4. ステークホルダー連携グローバルおよび日本チームとの連携優先順位付けおよび実行調整実行上のリスク管理と解決推進Required Qualifications:日本のゲーム市場についての知識・関心・理解力日本市場向けデジタルマーケティングに関する実務経験（3〜5年以上）Web / CRM / デジタルチャネルに関する実務経験複数案件を並行して推進する実行力日本語ネイティブレベル仮説設計から改善までを自走できる力Preferred Experience:グローバル企業におけるローカル実行経験オムニチャネルまたはライフサイクルマーケティング経験コンテンツ/エディトリアルとデータの両方を扱った経験英語ビジネスレベルSuccess Profile:ステークホルダーを巻き込みながら活動を推進することができるKPIに基づき改善までやりきれる優先順位を切り、やらないことを決められるPlayStationの日本市場におけるエンゲージメントを、自ら設計し、結果までやりきるポジションです。Web・CRM・アプリ・コンソール・LINEといった複数のチャネルを横断し、日本のPlayStationプレイヤーにとって最適な体験を構築しながら、ビジネス成長に直接貢献いただきます。単なる施策実行ではなく、仮説設計・優先順位判断・改善までを一貫して担う「実行オーナー」として活躍したい方を求めています。ゲームが好きであることは前提。その上で、プレイヤー理解をビジネスに転換できる方を歓迎します。 Equal Opportunity Statement: Sony is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
