Read more </span><a target="_blank" href="https://www.silexmicrosystems.com/en/about-silex/"><span>here</span></a><span>.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Support managers in HR-related matters and contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business needs and people strategy.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Support the HR-function with general administration</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal-setting activities, and follow-up actions.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Support employee relations by responding to employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, and helping maintain a positive and inclusive workplace.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Participate in recruitment and onboarding activities to help attract and retain top talent.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Contribute to compensation and benefits administration, annual HR cycles, and HR compliance activities.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Collect, maintain, and analyze HR data and metrics, providing reports and insights that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Team HR</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>The HR team plays a key role in supporting Silex’s continued growth and success. We work closely with leaders and employees across the organization to create an engaging workplace where people can develop, perform, and thrive. As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to both operational HR activities and strategic people initiatives while building a broad HR skill set.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>We are looking for someone who has:</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Some experience within HR through work experience, internships, trainee programs, or similar opportunities.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Experience of applying collective agreements in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with particular emphasis on blue-collar roles.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>A basic understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with employees and managers.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>A structured and service-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Good analytical skills and an interest in working with HR data, reporting, and continuous improvement.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; experience working with HR systems is considered an advantage.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>What we offer you:</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>The chance to work closely with fantastic colleagues.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>The opportunity to work with the latest technology in MEMS.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>To be part of a leading company driving technology development in the industry.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Strong knowl
