Start: 06/29/2026<br>End: 02/28/2027<br>(Stockholm), hybrid work - 3days onsite and 2days remote<br>Target Rate 1100 sek/h<br><br>We are now looking for a skilled S/4 Hana CRM functional consultant to "Billing & CRM" which is part of Customer IT Nordic department and they build and operate solution based on SAP IS-U and SAP CRM that supports Nordic business units.<br><br>They are currently preparing for the migration from SAP CRM to S/4HANA and are looking to reinforce their existing CRM team with a senior CRM consultant. The preparation phase will run until December, while the migration itself is planned for the following year.<br><br><br>Skills: We believe that you have strong communicative skills and a creative and analytical mindset. You master Swedish and English in both spoken and written format. Finally you are a person who wants to develop colleagues by proactively coaching and supporting them.<br><br>In order to be successful in this role it will be good to have knowledge and experience within the following areas:<br><br>• SAP CRM<br>• SAP S/4HANA Utilities for customer engagement<br>• Sales, Service, and marketing module<br>• PME (Product Modeling Environment)<br>• Middleware<br>• Experience with documenting of business processes<br><br>Other knowledge that is nice to have:<br>• Functional knowledge and experience related to SAP IS-U e.g., Move-in / -out, Contract Account, CTI Integration<br>• Functional knowledge of relevant SAP modules e.g. ILM<br>• Experience with integration of SAP with other systems with different technologies (OData, Idocs)<br>• Handling various performance problems that can arise when executing massive runs (Change of master data)<br>• Knowledge of the Swedish Utility Market<br><br>Location Solna (Stockholm-Sweden) with flexible work from home possibilities<br>
